Hear This

I have freakishly small ears. There, I said it. And yes, I can hear out of them just fine, thank you. But what I can’t do is wear earbuds. They don’t fit into my ears. And on the off chance I can get them to stay, they always end up hurting after about 30 minutes. So when TaoTronics asked me to review their Bluetooth headphones, I thought, this probably won’t go very well. And then this happened: They sent noise cancelling bluetooth over-the-ear headphones.

Given my “little issue,” you’d probably think why wouldn’t I be wearing those all along? Because, they hurt, too. Yup, that’s possible. They squeeze my ears against my head and then it’s just more of the same drama. It’s OK to laugh. I know how ridiculous this whole thing sounds. I’m living it.

But when I put my TaoTronics TT-BH22 Active Noise Cancelling Bluetooth Headphones nothing hurt. And there were no cords to get tangled. And they’re noise cancelling so I can tune out anyone trying to talk over the Big Thief tune I’m listening to.

I’ve since worn these guys to Costa Rica, to exercise, to drown out kids. So this is what it’s like to be a part of the headphone wearing world. Nice. Jumping headphones first into 2018.
