New York Fashion Week is Over

And scene. New York Fashion Week is done. Over. Finished. Chances are you spent a week lusting after, scrutinizing and tracking the trends you’ll want come spring 2014.

Here are just a few of the trends that caught my eye, which I kept track of on the Blackberry Q10. (FYI keep reading to find out how you can trend track on your own Blackberry, which one lucky fashionista will win from today’s post.)

White Out

There’s nothing I love more about spring trends than the crisp, clean look of white. This year it was head-to-toe at more than a few shows. One of my personal favorites was this look from Thakoon. The boots. Can we just talk about the boots?

Sheer Feminity

Leave it up to Jill Stuart, one of my all-time favorite designers, to make girly sexy again. Her short skirts in retro-inspired shapes won my heart over.

The Color Purple

It was orange, then green, then black. And now it’s all about purple. In every shade. Personally, I’m feeling these light lavender hues, as seen at Nonoo.

Check out my Fearless Fashionista post on October 1 to see even more of the trends that went down the NYFW spring 2014 runway.

And now for the really good stuff: You can keep track of fashion week trends (some of my favorite ways are via Pinterest, Harper’s Bazaar and Fashionista) via the Blackberry Q10. Then, shoot your own looks using the awesome time lapse option and post to Facebook for all your friends to see. With the peek function, you’ll make sure you never miss a like, no matter which app you’re in.

To win your own Blackberry Q10 (with At&t service) just follow these rules. One lucky winner will be chosen on September 20.
