Well, I did it. Fifteen poses in 15 days. There was a lot that happened in those 15 days, too. I hosted an event, I covered a two-day event, I went to several concerts and I survived a five-day juice cleanse (more on that one tomorrow).
Five backbends, eight balance poses and a whole lot of gratefuls later, it was a fun challenge and I’m down to do it again soon. I got a lot of ideas off Instagram and in looking at other poses, I realized there’s a lot I still can’t do, which gave me new goals to set for myself.
For now the top of that list is this crazy backbend thing with straight legs on my elbows. Yeah, it sounds complicated … because it is. As soon as I tackle it though, I’ll snap and pic and post away, grateful for being able to hold it long enough to snap a selfie with the remote.
